Employer/Agent User Capabilities:
Employers/Agents create employer profiles that explain the purpose of their companies and interest for contract workers with qualifications and credentials they specifically need.
Using the horizontal employee scroll, Employers/Agents can select a contract worker to use based on their geographic location, project deliverable timeline, qualifications, and other credentials.
After assigning the contract worker to a particular job, Employers/Agents can create new “tasks” with templates that allow for the contract worker to check off what tasks have been completed with regards to a specific project deliverable all in a separate chat room. Employers/Agents can discuss logistical in-person closing or other business meeting expectations within the chat room.
